Order Cancellation
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong color
- There is a delivery issue (e.g., lost in transit)
In such cases, we will confirm your shipping address and phone number, and we will send you a replacement order. A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your shipment.
Refunds
Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account after we have issued it.
